Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, is a legend on television. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. After a brief period she moved to Texas where she pursued a medical therapy training at University of Texas. De La Garza did not stay in Texas for long. She soon moved into Orlando Florida, where she played a variety of parts as an actor, including commercials and independent films. She quickly found her passion for the art of acting even in small roles. In 2001, she moved from the Midwest to New York where her first appearance was on the All My Children's daytime soap opera as Rosa Santos. Throughout the first decade of 2000 she appeared in minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was selected for her first role in a series on The Mountain The Mountain, which is the short-lived drama on television. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount, and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable character took place in the year 2006 on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. She then joined the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards for her character, such being Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominations. In 2008, she won an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring part. She appeared as Marisol Deko, the husband of David Caruso's persona Horatio Caine. as Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was put on hold. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian and is the younger sibling of Cory. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family.
