Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She won the most prizes for her performances in the films Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard, respectively for her roles in Nashville (2012). She also was in the character of Jerrica Jem for the film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Her younger sister is Ally. Aubrey was a part of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. The valedictory speech she delivered was that of her class in Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University initially accepted her application but then decided to allow her in for a second entry because she was chosen to play 'Nashville'. Peeples was a guest on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). Peeples was a part of two TV-produced films, Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009 and The Good Mother). She was a major player for the Nashville series in which she was Layla Grant.
